Orange Marmalade and Cheese Tartlets
INGREDIENTS:
-8 x teaspoon fine cut orange marmalade
-125grm Auld Lochnagar cheese grated
-200grm shortcut pastry
METHOD:
-roll out pastry thinly
-cut out 8 pastry discs and carefully place each one into lined oven proof canapé moulds
-blind bake pastry in preheated oven 100c until golden
-remove shells from moulds
-fold marmalade and cheese gently together and spoon into pastry shells
